In addition to the Christmas illumination of the valley and mountain stations, there will also be two light installations to marvel at this year. A pretty little deer in the valley and a life-size stag on the mountain will set the mood for the wonderful Christmas season. If you’re looking for a backdrop for a Christmas photo, you’re sure to find it here, or at the Foto-Point Herz, which is decorated like an Advent wreath.
This year, 12 red and 12 yellow gondolas on our Zwölferhorn cable car will also be transformed into a moving Advent calendar during the Wolfgangsee Advent season, with little surprises awaiting our guests every day. A small gift, an unexpected guest or an atmospheric message – there are numerous little things that delight visitors of all ages and increase the anticipation of the most beautiful festive season of the year.
The panorama restaurant Das Zwölfer is transformed into a spacious Advent stand, where guests are treated to mulled wine, punch and Christmas delicacies on the heated, sheltered terrace.
